The full costs of the trial of dust suppressants are included in the Clean Air Fund End of Programme Report (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/corporate/caf-end-of-programme-re...).

The total cost of the dust suppressants trial on road corridors, industrial waste sites and construction sites at was £1.46m. This was in line with the original sum budgeted in the £5m funding I secured from the DfT for the Clean Air Fund. The fund was established to enable TfL to deliver a programme of innovative local measures aimed at reducing PM10 emissions and concentrations at PM10 priority locations in London.

The learning from the trial is now being used to support the roll out of dust suppressants at industrial sites and roads near construction sites and road works, where the greatest benefits can be achieved.
