Since you came into office, and excluding 'projects in the pipeline', how many new waste facilities have been built in London that are currently operational?

Around 50 waste planning applications have been referred to the Planning Decisions Unit since 2008, some of which include for new waste facilities. We do not monitor how many of these applications materialise into actual waste facilities, however it generally takes at least two or three years to build new waste facilities.
