Officers are drafting a response which will be sent shortly.

Written response received 29/11/2012 There is no current list of the type requested.

The MPS is developing a strategy to improve public access to the police in London, including a review of its large property estate. As part of this process, local police leaders will engage with the public and its partners for six weeks from 31 October, to set out the local picture and listen to community reaction, as well as explain some of the changes they are exploring.

Based on these 32 conversations, the MPS will then determine its operational needs and which buildings it no longer requires, and develop an estates strategy. They will then need to seek approval for the strategy from MOPAC, who will make sure it accords with my priority to maintain and, where possible, improve public access to the police.
