Five MQs over the span of a 18 months - MQs 2013/3795 , 2012/1298 , 2012/2702 , 2012/3757 , and 2012/2288 - have asked for some basic monitoring and evaluation data around your 'Know your Right's campaign without any success. You have stated this programme is of your principal actions for combatting fuel poverty in London. With the debate on energy prices at an all time high, will you commit to providing the Assembly with a proper evaluation report of this year's winter programme by March 2014 at the latest?
