Question

I was recently contacted by contractors Trainpeople, a company which TfL employ who were not paid for their work on 15 June. London Underground neglected to pay Trainpeople's invoices this month, and as a result employees' wages could not be paid in full. Do you think this is acceptable? How will you ensure that this does not happen in the future?
