Cycle Superhighways are predominantly aimed at commuter cyclists. TfL's data shows peak commuter cycling times are normally Monday - Friday 07:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00. TfL has therefore sought to ensure that the majority of the routes are free from parking and loading during these times.
