Question

I welcome the pledge in your 2012 Manifesto to conduct a review of the London Bus Driver's 'Red Book', given the evidence we have presented regarding the horrific accessibility experience of just one of my constituents, will you commit to conducting this review in consultation with user groups and stakeholder associations representing London's elders and those with disability?

TfL regularly reviews the Big Red Book. In doing so, TfL consults with a number of stakeholders including Transport for All, Age UK London, the Royal National Institute for the Blind and Guide Dogs for the Blind. TfL also consults its own Independent Disability Advisory Group.
