The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is developing proposals for the expansion at Ellingham Primary School. The Borough has worked with Transport for London on a proposal to install a pedestrian phase to the existing traffic signals at the A243 Leatherhead Road junction with Merritt Gardens. TfL received technical information from Kingston in October and is assessing this submission in accordance with the 2004 Traffic Management Act.
