I believe they should be designed as a distinct mode of transport connecting, for example, key rail terminals initially across South London with coach style vehicles and a limited number of stops. The fares should be no more expensive than current bus fares and should include full Oyster access'. You further state that 'if successful, we will expand this to other parts of North London'. Has the 'trial' thus been deemed unsuccessful?
