    Can you please provide a table for how many outstanding cases TfL have had each week since January this year: For London Assembly Members (outside of 20 working days) For members of the public who send in a complaint/casework directly to TfL (outside the Service Level Agreement which states that TfL will respond to enquiries within 15 working days)
