Officers are drafting a response which will be sent shortly.

Written answer provided on 9 August 2010:

Proposals for alterations to permitted flight paths should be subject to robust scrutiny and consultation. A role in which I believe the Assembly could take a prominent and active role. My officers have been investigating the scope of the review of London City flight path changes and I will be writing to the CAA shortly on this matter.
