I am sorry to say that I continue to receive regular complaints from residents about buses using North Street illegally. This is a quiet residential road in Clapham and this problem is persisting. Will you ask TfL to take further action on this issue?

TfL has taken up specific complaints about buses using North Street with the relevant operators and will reinforce its instruction that buses should not use North Street.
