LOCOG will launch its games-time food strategy next month, setting out the product sourcing standards for each food group. Eggs served across the Games will be British Lion Mark Free Range; poultry will be British Red Tractor Assured; and a target will be set across the games for RSPCA Freedom Food Certified chicken.
