Caroline asks about the second seven and a half year periodic review period. The public private partnership (PPP) period. The dispute between us and Tube Lines of the two figures that have been cited are coming together. The gap was initially £2.5 billion. It is now come down some way. Tube Lines' demands have now come down some way. What we did on 23 September 2009 was ask the Arbiter to set a fair price for the works.
