Further to the reply you provided to question number 1555/2009 are you satisfied that the local police, and especially the Safer Neighbourhood Team, were properly consulted in the preparation of your reply and do you still stand by the decision of Transport for London to refuse to move the stop and shelter?

Following my answer to your question MQ1555 / 2009, I understand that there was some confusion regarding what advice had been given this matter.

TfL has since visited the shelter again with the Crime Prevention Design Advisor from the Met Police, who clarified to TfL that, despite the earlier misunderstanding, he believes that the shelter is not being used as cover for any attacks made on the Temple.
