Further to your Answer to my Question 1533/2009, please provide an update on TfL's review of the situation over the use of the bus wheelchair ramp for passengers with walking frames following their discussions with users.

TfL is currently discussing revised boarding and alighting arrangements with the bus operators. The procedures for allowing walking frame users to access the centre door ramp will be finalised later in October 2009. I will ask TfL to provide details concerning any revised use of the wheelchair ramp.
