This location has both parking and loading bays. Whilst a relatively low number of penalties have been issued at this location, I do appreciate that some members of the public may be confused by these arrangements. The bays were designed to reflect a range of differing demands at this location such as loading and parking facilities and are not there to entrap motorists. As the problems continue to persist, I have asked TfL to work directly with those affected to review the arrangements in place. TfL hope to do so by November.
