Will you ensure that the assessment of the health impact of air pollution in Greater London includes estimates for annual premature deaths (eg 3,000 per annum); years of life lost per statistical victim (eg 10 years on average); total years of life lost; average reduction in life expectancy across Greater London (eg 11 months per person); and other recommended metrics (eg hospital admissions) (preferably by borough and pollutant) in order to aid public understanding of the health risks involved?

I agree that it is essential that the health impacts of air pollution are understood and communicated. The health impacts study we are doing will look into further detail and propose methodology to be undertaken that will confirm or modify the numbers you've highlighted in a further study that will be due commissioned in due course.
