Question

Previously I complained about the pigeon mess at the intersection of Seven Sisters and St Ann's Roads in Tottenham due to pigeons nesting in the overhead Network Rail Bridge (1783/2005). Subsequently Network Rail pigeon-proofed the bridge, and I organised a site visit with local residents, the NDC and TfL . Following this meeting TfL agreed to pigeon-proof the traffic/pedestrian controls in the vicinity. However at a recent visit to the site I was appalled to see that the traffic/pedestrian signals were in an appalling state again - the pigeon-proofing measures appeared to have been removed. Can they please be replaced as a matter of urgency as it is extremely unhygienic and unsightly?
