Question

South Parade is prone to heavy traffic jams mainly due to the narrowness of the road plus the resident parking bays all along the south side. Given this, and given that the proposed design would build out the pavement even further into the road creating a serious pinch point, could the Mayor instruct TfL to reconsider their proposal to place a bus stop for the 272 bus route on South Parade?

Ealing Council is responsible for this road. They are consulting on the proposed change to the bus stop. The Council and TfL will consider the results of the consultation in the final design for the scheme.
