TfL has reviewed this scheme in light of your concerns. It would appear that some representations may not have been fully considered. Additionally, an error was made, resulting in TfL's contractors installing double red lines in advance of a decision being made on the necessary traffic orders.

Consequently, TfL is carrying out a full review of the proposals. All objections to the proposed changes to red route controls on the A205 and A316 in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames will be reconsidered before a decision is made on whether or not to make the traffic orders. Meanwhile, any red lines introduced prematurely and without a valid traffic order will not be enforced.
