Question

When will the long-awaited pedestrian crossing facilities be installed at the dangerous Harrow Road/Ladbroke Grove/Kilburn Lane junction? Will you instruct TfL to coordinate the actions of the three boroughs involved - Brent, Westminster and K&C - who, so far, have all proved incapable of implementing these very necessary improvements for pedestrians?

This junction is on a road managed by Westminster City Council. The provision of new signalled pedestrian crossing facilities is for the borough to decide and fund either through its own resources or by application to TfL through Local Implementation Plan funding. This may be something for you to take up with Mike Moore, Westminster's Chief Executive.
