Have you agreed with central government whether your income cap of £72,000 can be applied to intermediate housing, given that the national limit is £60,000?

I believe that London and other high cost areas have a valid case for higher thresholds.

I am still in negotiation with the Minister for Housing and Planning about raising the eligibility criteria for London's first time buyers to a level that properly takes account of affordability in the capital.
