TfL has developed the 'Safety and Environment' scheme to improve the A406 North Circular Road between Bounds Green Road and Green Lanes, bringing real benefits to local residents and road users. The yellow box junction at Wilmer Way and the A406 is part of the scheme, and a new traffic signal and junction layout will reduce the tendency for drivers to jump the lights at the junction and block the yellow box junction. TfL will start construction of the scheme in spring 2010 for a duration of 24 months.
