Your previous business plan showed that you plan to allow red route road surface to deteriorate in London. What will be the impact of the additional £1.1bn of cuts planned to surface transport on the quality of red route road surfaces?

Although TfL Surface Transport as a whole will have to find savings of £1.1bn, there are no plans to achieve this through cuts to the red route road surface budget. TfL regularly assesses the condition of the TLRN and optimise the investment accordingly.
