TfL supports improved access to Heathrow Airport in the form of the Heathrow Airtrack rail link from Staines which is currently being promoted by BAA. Our support for services from Waterloo using this link is conditional upon a number of issues being satisfactorily resolved; these include assurance that the new services will not adversely impact the timetabling or reliability of existing services on the route from Staines to Waterloo, and the publication of an updated and robust business case for the scheme by BAA.
