TfL has made good progress although there is more to do. TfL will continue to actively encourage London's boroughs to assist in the delivery of the London Freight Plan. TfL's successes to date include: - Registering the London Fire Brigade, London Borough of Bromley, Tube Lines, John Lewis Partnership, G4S (Cash) UK, DHL International Express and Carlsberg UK (amongst others) with a Bronze accreditation in the Freight Operator Recognition scheme. - Ensuring that all referred planning applications are assessed for their freight impacts and adding conditions to ensure that any negative freight impacts are minimised. Specifically these include Delivery & Servicing Plans (DSPs) and Construction Logistics Plans (CLPs). - Progressing Borough Development Plan documents to actively seek evidence of the adoption of London Freight Plans.
