Further to your question 1780/2008, TfL has monitored the crossing and found that pedestrians wait on average for a maximum of only 26 seconds to cross the road. TfL has examined the signal timings and has confirmed that they are compliant with Department for Transport guidelines. In light of this, TfL will not be implementing any changes to this crossing.
