TfL is committed to replanting in the New Cross Gate area. However, some of this land is Network Rail operational land and therefore TfL have had to seek permission from Network Rail to do this. TfL now have their agreement and have been sharing the replanting plans with local residents. The London Borough of Lewisham has approved TfL's planting plans as part of the wider landscaping proposals for the New Cross Gate Servicing Depot.
