I have been contacted by constituents frustrated that they cannot use the ticket machines to collect paper tickets pre-booked over the internet at London Overground stations including Queens Park, Willesden Junction, Wembley Central and Harrow and Wealdstone, but instead must travel to their nearest major stations, Marylebone and Euston. Would the Mayor instruct TfL to install the facilities at London Overground stations, especially those mentioned above, to enable this?

The great majority of Overground users travel only within the Travelcard zones and the overhead cost charges to provide this service are substantial for the benefit of only a small number of passengers. For the small minority wishing to travel further afield from Euston or Kings Cross, picking up a ticket en route seems reasonable. This is the same approach as on London Underground.
