The Environmental Transformation Fund itself is not open for funding requests. Instead, schemes funded by the Environmental Transformation Fund, such as those operated by the Carbon Trust and the Department for Energy and Climate Change will be publicised via their websites and in the usual ways when funding becomes available. We are of course interested in taking advantage of these schemes whenever possible to the extent they help deliver the Mayor's environmental priorities. As examples, one of these programmes is the Salix Finance public sector invest-to-save loan schemes and the GLA has applied to this. LDA through a subsidiary, are also near the end of the application process to set up a pilot revolving energy efficiency fund for London boroughs that do not currently have a Salix fund. Another such programme is the Low Carbon Buildings Programme; more than £5.3 million has been committed to projects in London from the Low Carbon Buildings Programme (Phases 1 and 2). If you are aware of specific programmes you think would be of interest, please feel free to bring them to officers' attention.
