TfL has investigated and believes that the traffic signals at this junction are functioning correctly. The maximum time any driver should wait at a side road at the junction is 90 seconds at any time of day. The signals are set to detect traffic approaching the junction from the side roads and present a signal to them automatically. TfL is arranging for this to be investigated and they will write to you with their findings and proposed remedy when these are available.
