The following complaints against TfL have been made to employment tribunals on the grounds of racial discrimination. In 2004 (5 claims), 2005 (22 claims), 2006 (18 claims) and 2007 (9 claims). Within this total of 54 claims raised by individuals, 21 are ongoing, 18 were mutually resolved, 5 were withdrawn, 7 were found in favour of Transport for London and 3 were found in favour of the claimant.
