Linked to the idea of RecycleBank your Environment Programme raises the idea of 'looking at possible pan-London recycling incentives that could be put in place'. In view of the success of schemes such as the NU card and the Wedge Card, will you consider taking forward a sustainable reward card which goes beyond recycling (see MQ2010/2007;1039/2007)?
