Question

I am keen to see London's trees are protected and cared for properly, as outlined in my London Tree and Woodland Framework.I understand that the trees on the Clapham Park Estate have never had Tree Preservation Orders placed on them. However, no felling of trees has been permitted under the existing outline planning consent. When Clapham Park Homes apply for full planning consent, Lambeth Council will be in a position to apply TPOs, as required, in accordance with current legislation and their own tree policies.
