a) To 1 February 2007, of those under 16 who have had passes confiscated: · 108 have had their concession withdrawn on a permanent basis, thereby voiding any subsequent applications · 37 additional cases are being investigated and assessed according to TfL's procedures· 137 cases have been closed where the holder has retained their concession having been warned of the conditions of issue and usage. · 2,111 individuals have had their passes confiscated for a range of reasons and for issues of varying circumstances, These individuals would be free to reapply for the concession as in many cases there was insufficient evidence to prove that the holder had broken the Behaviour Code. It is important to note that these passes were confiscated for a wide range of reasons such as minor defacement of cards.

b) To date, there have been no passes permanently withdrawn from those eligible for the Under 18s scheme. This is primarily due to the recent implementation of the scheme.
