The £17.3m consists of £13.3m for London-Wide Oyster on National Rail and £4m for DLR Ticketing vending machines. This is the expenditure for 2007/08 only. The press release of 9 January 2007 includes £7.1m of 2008/09 expenditure in the £20m figure quoted. These figures are consistent with those published in the TfL Investment Programme.
