These are: 1. Application processing and appointment allocation. 2. Appointment within 10 working days of receipt of application. 3. Issue of licence on same day of appointment. 4. Re-test appointment within 5 working days of initial test. 5. Number of licensing decisions not reversed by on-site PCO staff. 6. Re-conciliation of licence plate/disc stock levels against daily appointments diary. 7. Complaints processed within 5 working days of receipt of complaint. 8. Re-conciliation of fees and charges against tests performed. 9. Customer Satisfaction Survey. 10. Call Centre Response Times.
