I have been informed the MPA used the services of London Communications Agency (LCA) in respect of assisting in the development of the Estate Strategic Plan, and the related Consultation and Communication Strategy which was approved by the Authority in December 2006. The work involved assistance in drafting and supporting/back up 'tool kits' for the use of MPS Borough Commanders, additional resource in support of the Property Services Department and assistance/support to both the MPS and MPA in relation to related press and other enquiries. The amount paid/due is estimated to be some £11,000 (incl. VAT) to closure. The outcome is the approval of the strategy and support to related press and other enquiries
