Are you concerned about reports that Tube Lines is asking ISS, its contracted cleaning firm, to implement a 20% cut in the value of its station and train cleaning contract, which would lead to an actual loss of 100 jobs and a reduction of 50% of station cleaning staff?

Under the terms of the PPP on the Tube the responsibility for cleaning lies with the infrastructure company. I do not see how they can maintain standards of cleanliness by cutting staff. Given the profits that Tubelines enjoys, there is no case for reducing these cleaning posts.
