I agree that inconsiderate parking at bus stops delays travellers and can give rise to safety concerns for passengers.Drivers are prohibited from parking or waiting at bus stops by means of a bus stop 'clearway' (a wide yellow line on borough roads and double red lines on the Transport for London Road Network). TfL policy is that all bus stops should be marked with a clearway restriction in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002.TfL enforces bus stops on the TLRN using a combination of camera and warden enforcement, and has Service Level Agreements with many boroughs to enhance enforcement on key bus corridors on borough roads.
