The PCO only deals with passenger related complaints about taxi drivers and therefore the PCO does not hold records of complaints received from cyclists and other road users.Anyone making a complaint about aggressive or dangerous driving by a taxi driver is advised by the PCO to report the matter to police. If police action is subsequently taken, the PCO will, depending on the offence, consider the suitability of the driver in question to remain licensed.
