The Mayor

The London Borough of Sutton manages these roads. Through their draft Local Implementation Plan (LIP), the borough has indicated they intend to bid for funding to complete the Countryside Walk, of which the Oaks and Telegraph tracks are a part. However a request for funding to install a crossing here has not been received.TfL awaits Sutton's final LIP, expected towards the end of July, and will consider those bids made by the borough. If the borough wish to install a crossing here TfL would expect them to set out clearly the benefits of the scheme.
