Do you support the idea of introducing a 140 express bus serving between Harrow & Heathrow similar to that of the 607, which travels along the Uxbridge Road?

On the Uxbridge Road, bus demand is very high and to meet this TfL operates high frequency services on routes 207 and 427 as well as the express 607.

Although route 140 is a high frequency service (buses about every 8 minutes during the day Monday to Saturday) currentdemand does not justify a higher level of service. Therefore, to introduce an express route, frequencies would be reduced on the main service. This would create significant disbenefit to passengers at stops where the express route did not stop. This would not be outweighed by the benefits of faster journey times to those using the express service.
