Answer for Bob Kiley

Answered By:
Peter Hendy (Commissioner, Transport for London)

Since my appointment as Commissioner, I have met Bob on a number of occasions and spoken with him on the telephone. There is not a list of those dates, so I cannot tell you how many occasions we have met. However, the last time I met with him formally was on 24 October 2006.

Under the Consultancy Agreement Bob can advice on: · Strategic issues for TfL; · Raising of capital and financial and operational improvements; · The development of Crossrail proposals; and · Any other matters which are agreed between the parties.

Since his appointment I have had a number of discussions with him particularly in relation to the PPP, and other miscellaneous issues.
