Why is there no information about the running of the DLR on London Underground stations in the same way as there is information about other lines and stations?

The service status information that we display for each of our lines is determined by information received from each of the line service control centres that we operate and is disseminated by our Network Operations Centre (NOC).The DLR is not operationally managed by LUL and therefore we do not have the detailed service information routinely available that we have for our lines.However, DLR does inform our NOC when they have significant disruption to their service and this information is then displayed on both our electronic and manual whiteboards at stations.LU will soon be changing the manually updated whiteboards so that they are identical to the electronic versions. In the section for 'Other Transport Providers' on the board we will be using colour magnetic strips to highlight the lines where there are problems. This will include the DLR so customers will be able to see more clearly when there is disruption on the DLR. LU will liaise with DLR to improve the flow of information.
