The provision of appropriate travel information is principally a matter for Eurostar. TfL London Rail is working with Eurostar to address a number of issues relating to the transfer, including the updating of TfL travel information. TfL's Journey Planner will also display a message to alert passengers to the change in advance of the re-location of services.

In the longer term, TfL is working to achieve improved interchanges with South West Trains at a number of locations. The Vauxhall Cross development has already seen better interchange facilities with the bus network and in the longer term both stations will benefit from the plans to implement step-free access for mobility-impaired passengers between National Rail and the Underground which in turn will allow direct access to St. Pancras on the Victoria Line.
