Question

A large number of residents who live on the Vale, Barnet have complained to me about the noise and congestion caused by an excessive number of buses that run through the Vale and the surrounding residential roads. Given such widespread opposition among local residents, will you undertake to seriously consider re-routing these buses?

Routes 102 and 226 serve The Vale in Barnet. About 440 trips a day are made to and from the stops actually on The Vale. These people would have to walk much further if buses were rerouted, which would be a hardship most particularly for elderly or disabled passengers.
