Question

There has been a continuous problem with getting TfL Board Papers to Assembly Members within a reasonable time frame. Indeed, for the last two meetings my office has not received any papers at all. Can you ensure that these problems are remedied, so that Assembly Members can get the Board papers within a reasonable time frame?

I understand that there was some administrative oversight within TfL which meant that the TfL Board papers did not reach you, I can only apologise for this.  This problem has now been rectified and you should have already received the papers for the Board meeting on 7 December 2006.  A process has been put in place to ensure that you will receive the papers within a reasonable time frame in the future.
