TfL is considering all London Freight Plan consultation responses, including those supplied by the GLA and Assembly Members on climate change.

Freight related CO2 is one of the Key Performance Indicators in the Freight Data Report. The Plan will confirm that we will work with the freight industry to ensure that CO2 savings arising from proposals in the Freight Plan are delivered as quickly as possible. The speed that these changes can be brought about is directly linked to the level of funding for the TfL Freight Unit and that secured by its partners.
